Dance fusion is a new dance workout that fuses all your favorite music from Top 40 dance, old school funk, Rock n Roll, Pop, House and many more. Learn a variety of dance moves while you workout. Dance Fusion Workout brings back the enjoyment of dancing, feeling good and working up a sweat, the dance moves are natural and fun.
Work on your core, stability, endurance and tone your muscles in this one of a kind dance workout.

She is now in the process of getting her Fitness Instructor Certification with Can-Fit Pro.
